Refer a Patient for Cardiovascular Care at UC San Diego

The Physician Liaison Service assists outside physicians who are seeking service for their patients at UC San Diego. The program provides a communication link and referral coordination between UCSD physicians, referring physicians, community and network medical groups, UCSD contracted health plans and other external constituents.

It is designed to help physicians and their office staff access patient services more easily and provide information in the areas of patient care at UCSD Medical Center.

The Physician Liaison will facilitate and expedite the referral process and communicate directly with the patient and physician's office setting up appointments for UCSD specialty physicians, diagnostic testing and admissions.
